Bitlord wont recognise my listening port - help!!

Hi Guys,

I recently installed McAfee Secruity Centre on my PC while DLing via Bitlord, all went well with the installation and off I went to bed. The next morning I checked on my DLing and got an error message from McAfee, I didn't pay much attention to it (silly I know) and checked Bitlord, all my DLing had stopped, I couldn't get it to start so I closed off Bitlord. I opened it up again and got an error message from Bitlord saying that Bitlord didn't recognise my listeding port. I went into the Preferences tab on Bitlord and "choose random port" (I thought that by clicking this Bitlord would 'pick up' the new listening port and I would be able to continue to DL via Bitlord).

I'm now at a stage that I can't DL anything and I'm going out of my mind!, I tried to uninstall McAfee to see if that was the problem but I still couldn't DL via Bitlord.

Can anyone help me? Go easy on the technical lingo as I'm relatively new at all of this.
