I have an anime DVD that I want to rip to dual audio MKV files. I used DVD decrypter and it ripped the video and english audio.

Now I know how to work with these vob files. I can merge the chapters for each episode together and encode them down to manageable sizes. That's not the problem.

What I cant figure out is how to rip the japanese audio and subtitle tracks from the DVD. If anyone can explain or point me to a guide I'd really appreciate it.

Edit: Turns out that it DID rip the japanese audio and sub tracks. Media player classic just wasn't seeing them for some reason. VLC shows them properly. A guide on properly encoding these rips would still be appreciated though, since I'm having trouble with it.
