Hi i wonder if anyone can help?

I have a R4 III Uprgrade Revolution SDHC Version.

I can load the menu fine.

The problem is when the game selection screen appears. i select a game and press a or use the styles pen to start loading them and alot of games just freeze. There is a small animated icon on the bottom left that indicates its loading [This freezes and the game doesn't load].

I have solved this problem some how before but i can't for the life of me remeber how i did it.

I have tried the web address on the packaging [url=http://WWW.R4IIISDHC.COM][/url] With no luck. I can't stand things not working the way they should.

Also before anyone has a dig i know there fake.... Blah Blah Blah.
But it's good enough for my daugther.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
