I would greatly appreciate some help choosing a motherboard that will be compatible with some of my old pc parts. I need an ATX mobo that will support the following parts but also be upgradable for the near future. Also, it would be nice to have some overclocking capabilities. These are the parts I need it to work with:

Intel Q6700 Quad Core
Nvidia 8800GTS 640MB

I will be replacing the graphics card in a month and might do a SLI setup so that would be a nice inclusion as well. Thanks a lot for the help. I am willing to make changes to the setup if necessarry of if you think it would greatly improve performance. Also, I currently have DDR2 memory but if you think upgrading to DDR3 would be extremely beneficial to performance feel free to recommend a mobo with DDR3. $200 or less would be perfered but I can stretch that. Thanks again, I really appreciate being able to ask for help from experts.

Unless you can find a PCI card to do crossfire with, that board is not going to work for you.

This board will do Crossfire:

...it also comes with 4GB of corsair memory, and that offsets the price a bit.
