To my knowledge most PS2 games are less than 4.7 gigs and can be written on a single layer DVD+R disk. If I have an iso file that is larger than 4.7 and I need a dual layer disk would I need to do something different in DVD decrypter or would I click the same tabs that I would with a single layer disk? Also can I burn an iso file on a dual layer disk that is say like 3g? and would I burn it as normal or would I have to do it a certain way? thanks

There is a list of all DVD9 games here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_PlayStation_2_DVD-9_games

They need to be burnt on Verbatim DL DVD+R and I usually will burn them at 2.4x speed is they are the 8x speed disc.

Yes you burn the dual layer games with DVD Decryptor or imgburn (its successor)

If people ripped the Dual Layer game properly it will have the .mds file with it, and you choose that when loading ISO image in Imgburn.
That will set the layer break properly.

You don't every burn single layer games to Dual layer, therefore all 4.7 and under burn on DVD5 discs.
