apache making iso too big iml2iso says no ims file

Hi so i'm attempting the iso rebuild and the original iso was 4.3gb, atm the iso that i am creating is 4.8gb and counting! (its at 99%) as you know the limit for dvd r is 4.7gb so is this normal?
