Win32 error message on utorrent!

any time I try to download a torrent from ANYWHERE it pops up like this....

C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Local Setting\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IES\F398MRWU\Just Boys[mininova][1].torrent is not a valid Win32 application


PLEASE help me. I am ok with a computer but if you do not explain in depth where to go to change things I will be lost. Thank you for your time.

I have not seen that with a torrent before, but as a guess try pressing the "associate with torrent files" button in uTorrent at Options>Preferences>General and see if that helps.
