PS2 - ELF that runs backed up CD / DVD - R's?

I was wondering it there was any elf files that I can run with "Free McBOOT" that will play backed up games on my PS2 slim. I do have the Swap Magic 3.8 Coder that works great, but was curious to see if there was an easier way using an app on McBOOT.

Most people use ESR r9b.elf to play backups using fmcb 1.8

You only need to patch the ISO images with the "esr disc patcher"

Its all in the tutorials

No problem.. I would just use ESR for future discs that you get.
