Hi,
I just bought PS2 v 18 ( 90001) and was hoping to use a chip ( was bought way back in 2005 i think) from my previous ps2.
The chip is Matrix Infinitynot sure about the model, the main chip reads "Actel ProASIC TQ 100, 0505 and has a light blue dot at the top left corner.
After reseraching on google i couldn't find a diogramm that would help me install it on PS 2 V. 18.
So here is my question, is it still possible to instal this older chip and run games sucessfuly or do i have to buy another chip ???

------
i just realised i'm in the wrong section..

And Now...
