IMG Burn problems

I started using IMG burn about a year ago with no problems. Now I get an error message at 75% to 95 % complete. I have tried downloading the new version 3 times with no luck.
Problems below...
-Failed to write sectors 2083648 - 2083679. reason: write error
-Failed to write image.
-Operation failed duration 00:08.27
I would be forever thankful for any ideas.

Where are you trying to download from?
Post your burn log.
99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

I have the audio & video files on my hard drive. Desktop folder named "Movis Files.

Is this a Dell computer?
If so, you will meed to go to their website and get the latest firmware for your drive.
Try burning at 8x.
99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.
