Ok so before I build any computer I need to be anti-static. So I want to hear for many people how do I really ground myself in an effective way? Thanks.

A good ESD wrist band, gloves or mat. Just make sure that you use them! Just don't have them, USE them.

I use an Ultra plus a mat. No problems so far.
