I don't have the product installed, but in general,
the typical methods involved would be the same on any audio editor.

Open one music file and fade in/out the start and end.
Leave it open and open the 2nd file. Fade it as necessary.

It's simple matter to copy the 2nd file to the end of the first.
If you want the start of the 2nd to actually overlay the end of
the 1st, see if there is a paste/merge or crossfade.

Here is one I did. Took 30 seconds using crossfade.
(with Soundforge crossfade, it's not even necessary to do the
fade first)
Is this the effect you're talking about?

Don't worry about asking questions. The important thing is to learn
some things and gain some understanding.

I assume you're talking about a proper audio cd and not
folders full of mp3's ?

To burn your mixes as an audio CD, first make sure that
they are in the proper format: 16 bit(bit depth), 44.1 KHz(sample rate).
(Audacity can modify the sample rate and bit depth if needs be)

Save it as a WAV file.

Burn it as an audio CD from any burning program.

just to add my two cents...once you have your completed mix, you could chop up the long file into its separate tracks and export them individually so that way when you play the CD you have separate tracks on not one long file. if you do that, when burning the files (I like nero, its the best out there) be sure to remove the two second gap it automatically puts between each track so that the audio tracks will play seamlessly together.

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
