I'm using dvdfab in main movie mode to pull episodes from a disc and the video_ts.ifo opens as a 42 minute video, but vts_1_0.ifo is only 37 minutes. Also, if you add vts_1_1.vob and vts_1_2.vob you only have a 37 minute together. There are no other vob files in this folder.

Where are these other 5 minutes coming from? I know that megui uses vts_1_1 etc. to encode so I'm sure those 5 minutes will be lost.

BTW the show is Angel if anyone is familiar.

Try processing the files through VobBlanker.

Okay,
So I ran this through MeGUI and even though it processed VTS_1_1 and VTS_1_2 which is 37 minutes of video and 43 minute video popped out the other side. The only thing I can guess is that MPC-HC was reporting incorrect times on the videos. Or maybe MeGUI is smarter than me. Either way no trouble.
