Need Help patching my pal game to Ntsc

Ok so Im trying to backup my game dark cloud 2. It is an Mdf and Mds file. I burned it to a Dvd-r and played it on my ps2. The problem i didnt know was my game is Pal and my console is Ntsc. I searched up what do to do and came across the Y-fix patcher which, only worked on iso files. MY files is an Mdf. I tried converting it using MagicIso, but the y-fix patcher didnt accept the iso file "NOT A CD/DVD PS2 IMAGE". So i thought whatever downloaded the adr patcher and it patched my game, well atleast i think it did. I burnt the patched iso to a DVD-r and it didnt work at all. I have the programs Alcohol 120%, DVD decrypter and MagicIso. Please help

Just mount the .mdf file with something like Daemon Tools or some other virtual software

Then use imgburn to make an ISO image.

You can then patch it.

Alcohol will also make ISO images instead of .mdf, you just have to change the selection.
