YouTube subtitles?

Hello everyone, for last hour I've been trying to upload some subtitles to my YouTube video, which I jsut made especially for it.

They're in format like "00:00:00,0 --> 00:00:03,9", and then after it a line, then a linebreak and next timing, so, for example, like this: 

00:00:00,0 --> 00:00:05,0

Hello.



00:00:06,0 --> 00:00:10,0

Hello.
I've seen youTube's manual for this, and I've done everything as they said. But I still get errors. I tried with *.syb and *.srt extensions, but they're both not working at all. I keep getting YouTube error telling me "track format is unknown". >_>

Anyone help me, please? =( I really need help for this, it's pretty much important to add those subtitles as soon as possible.
