reauthoring with DVD Workshop 2 problem

Hi all,
I have a 2 dvd i wanted to backup into one, so i ripped the dvd into HD using dvd decrypter in IFO mode.Then i imported them in Ulead DWS2 added some menus and added a whole new section of slide show photos, the dvd was looking good , so now i watch the iso using deamon tools everything is fine expect that DWS2 has a serious problem is titling every chapter in the original movie , so now i have like 99 titles which is not nice @ all.
My question is how to go around this problem , i was thinking , when decryting the movie and before importing it to DWS2 remove the chapter pointings or merge all the movie into one chapter, that will solve the issue for me. But if anyone has a better solution please speak , I appreciate what ur doing over here guys : )
