I own Frenzy from Hitchcock. With SmartRipper I ripped only the 5th Chapter. I import it in IfoEdit and make a burn-ready film of it. I use Sibrip to 'ocr' the subtitles and save them in the DVDSubtitle .sub format. I load them in subtitle workshop and save the in het Adobe Encore DVD subtitle Format. When I import it in Adobe Encore DVD they do not start at the right place, that start at the same time as in the full movie. How can I fix this problem pleace?

u have to change the timecode of the video or the starting timecode of the subs.

Changing timecode in video is done using pulldown.exe.
To do the same thing in the subs I would use subrip and change them from there.
