MATSHITA UJDA740 DVD/CDRW failing with Rhapsody

Microsoft Windows XP pro

My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite Pro M15-S405

I am trying to burn an audio CD using Rhpaosdy music online adn at the begining of the burn, while writing the TOC, I get, "There was a problem burning your CD {Illegal request)

I tried blank different CD's, as well as slowing down the record rate.

My DVD-RW was detected as Matshita ujda740 dvd/cdrw (Burnproof)

I know Rhapsody uses NTI drivers and NTI had my drive on their compatibility list...any suggestions?
