Recording to DVR from PC via Firewire

I have a pioneer dvr 310 s dvd recorder with a firewire input and output jack. Does anyone know how I can send my home movies I edited on my PC to the Dvd recorder via firewire?

It can do this from a camcorder via firewire and I can send to a camcorder from my PC via firewire but I want to skip the camcorder step and go directly to the recorder. Thanks
