swap magic wont boot red screen

I've searched and havent seen the answer to this. I bought a swap magic and fliptop installed everything but niether swap cd or dvd will boot. I get no data on cd and ps2 red screen saying insert a ps2 dick on dvd. I order usa but was sent euro build. I live in usa would this make a difference. All other orginal games play and load fine.

if you have a us ps2 you cant use the jap or euro build

yes it makes a difference there are three types of swapmagic discs
u.s. NTSC designed for u.s. consoles
jap NTSC designed for japan NTSC consoles
pal designed for europe consoles
would suggest you contact your supplier and see if they will swap them for you
