Hi, back in 97 or 98 I used a program to compress my audio with the extension of *.mcp

does anyone remember or have the program I'm looking for?

The MCP extension was used in 96' for multimedia files that were compressed for playing with the plugin used in Netscape.. was called the The NecMc player. The only program i remember i did use then was The NetMc .

Good luck in finding this thing -- it was made obsolete and replaced by more advanced technology , namely the Window media Player.-- The Mp3 was born and taking over all multimedia compression for web use.
