I have unsuccessfully attempted to make several backups of my PS2 games without any luck. When i put the backup in my PS2 a screen with a gold disc and memorycard appears. My friend have made a copy of one of my games (GTA Vice City) and that copy worked fine. We were using the same tools and same discs. Anybody have an answer to my question. Could it be my DVD burner that is too ols og what. Please help me..

what type/brand of burner are you using. I used to use a fairly old and outdated burner, yet my backups still worked fine.

It could also be the media you are burning too. What brand and type (+r, -r) are you using?

What brand of media is it? I know when I first started making backups, I had to go through several different brands to finally find one that worked for me. Now that I have (Ritek G04's), I stick with them.
