Great forum! Heres my situation, i have a pioneer a104 dvd-rw burner.I'm using slide card and swap magic, ive made 2 successful ps2 backups of nfl street and nba street2 using princo 1x dvd-rw's. I know princo is really a cheap media 2 use but they work beautifully with those games.now heres my problem i cant burn fight night ,nba live 2004 ,and nba ballers using the same media princo, the backup boots up, but it freezes once you see a blue screen and the game title on the screen. ive bought other media such as comp usa 1x dvd-r ,ritek 2x dvd-rw, princo 4x and they give me the pink screen , i have no idea what to do? bad media discs ? ive tried
dvd decrypter, alcohol 120%,pinnacle instant copy,dvd x copy and still cant get the backup to work? please help

try ritek, tdk, verbatim, or memorex -R (not rw).

I buy these http://www.shop4tech.com/item2422.html and they work perfectly with my pioneer drive. They are also super cheap and I have yet to have a game not work on my ps2.
