neo4 modchip backup problem

I have a PS2 version SCPH-30004! (not SCPH-30003) with a neo4 modchip installed. It plays PSX backups fin but not PS2 backups. I am using Decrypter on DVD-r (sony)and DVD+r (phillips) with a NEC DVD_RW ND-2500A. What is wrong?
