ive open the ports in windows from 6881-6889 and im still getting nothing above 15kbs download rate

im on a 1meg connection and need sum help in opening ports in my belkin router its one ov those 4 port ones not the wireless

As far as i know bit torrent uses complete random ports? so i dont see how a router could possibly be configured to use it!
