I have a v.9 ps2 and i use swap magic discs w/ slide card, dvd v/ 2.0 and cd v/ 3.2. Heres my problem the: cd version does not work at all, i guess it's not compatable with v. 9, so i am looking for away to play backup cds. Thanks in advance.

cd version 3.2 should work fine in your v9 ps2 maybe you got a bad disc would suggest you contact your supplier and see if they will swap it for you

Wow I didnt know that, but i doubt that they'll refund it cus' its been along time (about a month,) is there any thing i can do to play backup cds. Like i read in other threads some1 who's dvd v/ aint work so they use there cd v/- press the eject botton - insert a big dvd toc game - and then swap it for the backup.

hmm intresting question i suppose in theory you could use swapmagic dvd then swap with dvd loader then refresh the toc with an orignal ps2 cd game(or maybe your swapmagic cd) then swap for your cd backup

To my amazement that worked, thanks a lot. Hopefully you or some1 else could help me out on another issue. I've been reading alot of threads about the ps2 reality and I think that's pretty cool cuz I would love to be able to save some DVDs for my backups and a whole lot of time. so here it goes. im using the method that u suggested to play cds but when I put the ps2 reality cd with the movie on it, it tells me invalid disk. So basically my problem is that the ps2 reality movie disk wont boot. any help would be appreciated.
