Hi
I tried to make a backup of my Silent Hill 3 game but it doesn't seem to work. I tried making backups at both That's Write, Sony and Memorex DVD-R's but I can't get it to play. I wrote at 1x speed on a LaCie burner with Toast (Macintosh). The game starts but immediately freezes after the first screen (a black screen displaying the silent hill logo).
I'm using the Slidecard (disc swap) trick.

what is a cdloader, do you need it if your getting dsm3 for v7 ps2's?

The cdloader is something you use in conjunction with the fliptop/slide-card with the swap magic that allows you to play games with a double boot check. If you have a DMS3 then you will never need it because the DMS3 does not require any sort of boot disc.
