I want to copy mp3 tracks from a CD-R and put a few of them on my hard drive. What is the best tool or program to do this?

Or alternatively, open the CD-R in Windows explorer, copy across what you want & then right click the folder & go to properties. Uncheck "read ony" & apply to all files.

No extra software needed.
