now why would i want to record the sound of a dvd and nothing else? well of course to enjoy the music in my car and headphones at work. got a few concert performances i would like to put on cd. can this be done? kurt

#1 DVD Audio Ripper is my choice. It rips to mp3, ogg, wma or wav. High end audio - Dolby - is kept also.

I like to burn the audio to CD and use as a kind of "talking book" of my favorite DVDs.

so far so good as i listen to thunder start in,gonna have to get off here. don't trust my lightning protection that much. i'm in ILL so ya'all get alot more than we do but spring is always an adventure. probally shouldn't be posting tornado stuff on here i guess. kurt
