Im beginner of making copied ps2 disc. I have been trying to copy Onimusha 3 but it never worked. I couldnt even copy to my dvd. I have a DVD writer. Everytime i tried to copy, it always said: "writing error" I have tried many of the softwares in this website but they were all the same. What my problem could be ?

have you tried writing to different brands of media or only one type also what dvd writer are you using.Are you doing anything else on your pc when trying to write your backup?

use DVD Decrypter it's fool proof,
1. Start DVD Decrypter
2. Select Mode, go down to ISO Read
3. Select your Reader & Destination
4. ?Decrypt? the ISO Image to the Hard Drive
5. Wait for the ISO Image to be made
6. Select Mode, go down to ISO Write
7. Select the ISO Image file you made, click ?Open?
8. Select your Burner, Write speed & Burn the ISO

I have Plextor PX-708UF burner. Is it good to burn ps2 games ??? I used DVD Decrypter as ths steps shown on this website but it didnt work either. I made the ISO image in my hard drive but then I couldnt write it to my DVD and I was not doing anything else. Pzzz help me if you guys know wat is my problems. Thanks a lot

I tried to do dvdecrypter and this is the message that I got:

DeviceIo control (FSCTC_LOCK_VOLUME) Failed
Device [1:0:0] Lite-on Dvdrw ldw-851s g508 (E)
unable to lock volume for exclusive access
Reson: Access is Denied

I can either do 1 of 3 things
ABORT-RETRY-IGNORE

So what should I do on this?
What DVD IMAGE do I use?
1.There is a WINRAR ARCHIVE with 2.70gb or do I burn
2. DVDIMAGE which is a MDSFILE with only 4.21kb or do I combine both of these to burn?

it doesn't matter wihch imsge u chose they will both burn the same thing, but i'll have to look into the message you got.

i've been having a look around on the net and found some suggestion but no direct answer. you should shut down any software that is linked to your burner or anything that can be linked to it such as Nero. also update your firmware from http://www.opendrivers.com/driver/213691/LiteOn-LDW-851S-LDW-851SX-DVD-Dual.html
