Generally when somebody asks a question it's a good idea to not be a smart ass because your question most likely won't be answered. Second of all, the reason I asked you why you don't just use the original is because the only reason you would wan't to know how to play a copy of it is if you downloaded it which would be against forum rules...
However I will answer your question anyway just because I am in a good mood.
First of all I assume you have the neo 2.2 or the neokey since it's a solder modchip and you have to swap. If this is so then what you wan't to do will not work. First off, in order to boot a backup copy of the swap magic you would need to use the too many codes cheat. Once the Swap Magic has been booted you wouldn't be able to swap again because you have a swap solder modchip and it allows only one swap each time your ps2 is turned on. Therefore the only way you would be able to do what you want to do is to switch to an EA type of method such as the fliptop/slide-card/no-solder mod. Once you have one of those modifications here's how you would boot your backup of the swap magic.
1. boot the AR2
2. Select Start Game/without codes
3. swap the AR2 with the cdloader using ea method and press x
4. When the cdloader has loaded press eject and swap the cdloader with a large toc original such as the original Swap Magic(Though I doubt you have it) and press eject to close it.
5. Wait about 7 seconds and press x
6. When the Screen that says "swap dvdr by ea method comes up" swap the large toc original with the backup Swap Magic using ea method and press x.
7. When the Swap Magic loads you can now swap the Swap magic with your dvd-r backup by ea method and it will load.
8. There you Go!
What you are wanting to do is pointless if you have the original! So next time you have a question and you don't the get the response you want right off the bat then don't then don't shoot off your smart mouth or else your question will never get answered!
