I'm using a LiteOn burner, and the sonofayouknowwhat has suddenly stopped recognizing that there IS a disc in the drive. I get everything ready to rock and roll, click to start the burn, and it tells me to insert a blank disc.

What the? I ran the *worthless* troubleshooting doohickey and it tells me all's well. Riiiiiight. Is there a big, strong man here that can fix this poor, helpless little girl's machine? Please? Before I throw a brick through the monitor in anguish? Argh.
