After using my mp3 player no more than 5 times it has suddenly become 'locked' and nothing I do will make it go past the initial screen. Have read a complaint like this on the web but there was no answer in fixing the problem.It wont even turn off unless I remove the battery. Please any info would be appreciated as it was a gift...
