pioneer A06 firmware

i was on the pioneer site and they sucessfull burned onto a dual layer dvd using a pioneer A06 just by updating the firmware does anyone know if this firmware has been realeased or do you have to get it from a hacker site. Can some point me in the right direction on where to go

Nice, but they did not tell you how many burners they wrecked to do it, do you have that luxury?????

I don't know of anywhere specifically, but have heard of a firmware, but VERY risky as I have also heard it has goosed some burners aswell......

However, due to the low cost of the new DL burners,you would be better just purchasing one with a guarantee I believe all they are are newer cosmetics and a firmware flash, rather than a mechanical change.....but have no proof
