still need a good MPC to MP3 converter program

ive searched and searched and tried 2 different programs to try to complete the task

i tried foobar2000 - i cant figure out how to convert using this program.

I also tried frontah - didnt work properly..

Is there a good program out there for this?

ps. i am quite good with computers, these programs just seem really hard to use.
