ok ok i installed EAC And Lame.i followed the install directions and everything seems ok except when i choose a track and click the mp3 compression icon it starts and when its finished all i get is a wav file instead of the mp3 file. i am for sure i followed the instructions but maybe i missed somthing. please help

never mind i figured it out took some messing around but i got it i want mp3 at 192kbs so should i use the vbr 192 setting?

you can do that, but if your source is from a PCM audio (which should be here :P) the best way is using the preset extreme. or don't limit the vbr max, put it to 320.

you should support ogg vorbis
