use Alcohol 120, this is probably the most simple prog' to use. if you don't have it you can download a trial version.

i have already tried alcohol 120%, Nero and dvd decoder, but i always get an eror message and it stops creating the image file. i have tried to copy the files manually and burn them but it says "error reading bigfile.viv"
what do i do?

try cleaning the disk, if it has scratches on it use some metalic paint cutting paste.
