EAC Problem

hey when i use EAC with lame i leave the wav file so i can burn it to cd but my problem is after its all done it leaves of a track from each cd what i mean is it saves all the wav files but for some reason leaves one mp3 file from the rip.why is that. also my second question is since i used eac to make wav files and burned them to cd can i now rip from the wav file on the cd without losing the quality from the wav.sorry if i confused anyone its i just got this whole eac/lame figured out and now i have to go back and rerip to mp3
