Swap Magic V9 PS

Has anyone whatsoever gotten a CD backuped game to play in a V9 or V10 PS2. I have the Swap Magic disc 3.2 as the label says but when i load it it still recognizes it as swap magic disc 3.0. Is there some kind of big hoax becasue I cannot get even one of my games to work. I have tried Bloody Roar 3 and Madden 2002 but both have failed. PLease someone list if they have had a successful boot with PS2 V 9&10. Also if you could please list how you came about making the back up. Thanks
