Slide toll or flip top???

I'm about to buy a solution for booting my ps2 games.

Which of the following is best?

Flip top

or

slide tool

I dont want to have to solder or open up my ps2, so these seem like the best options!?

Just curious as to which is the better method?

Hi Redbull, I have used both and I can tell you fliptop is better but if you dont want to open up your ps2 then you can do with the slidecard its not hard to use, but I will suggest the fliptop its easy to install even easier with the new version.

Though you have made your choice, I would like to post a reply for those who will ask the same question again.

I would go for Fliptop because it require less work. Instead of sliding disc drive out, taking out/ putting the disc in, and locking it with slide card, fliptop is opening the top of your PS2 [installed], putting disc in and snapping back the top.

Slide Card could also work. I have Slide Card because I do not like to have "flip-top" on my PS2 [looks ugly personally]. Yes, this requires more work, but fliptop requires taking/installing fliptop cover on your PS2.
