i backed up mt ps2 cd game. i used tdk and imation.
i also used a sony audio disc. i backed it up using
clonecd at 1x. my ps2 has a messiah2 and plays my backups of dvd's ok. when i checked out the cd's in my rom drive the only one that read was the sony.
all the lies are broken up though.
in my file i have 3 things from the original: an image(iso), image.sub, image.ccd.
is it the chip, the media or what.
i did look around an i have the clone cd walkthrough from another thread.
tired of coasters.

guess what?
was my cd-rom drive.
not reading properly.
helpful hint:
use the same drive to read and write.
thanks for all the other help too.

Me too.

Tried DVD Decryptor - no luck.

Clone CD just asks for DVD's and not CD's.

Why is this so darn hard ?

What did you use with clone cd? I've ben trying to back up hoyles card game using clone CD and twinpeak and I still don't have it.

Hi Jac12

I just used CD clone (The wizard mode i think)

It works with my mod chip (Messiah 2 )

hope this helps

Make sure the game is a CD based game and not a DVD based one.
