my ps2/and chip will only play dvd-r or cd-r but my burner cant write to dvd-r what is my best option?
-can i burn dvd games to cd-r?

either sell your burner and get a duel layer burner or get a new ps2. burning to cds is can be done but it is hard and you lose all the good parts of the game. What version is your playstation? Did you even try +r?
