Hi, I live in Holland, that's in Europe for all the people who don't know the small country. I have the following setup: A US-NTSC PS2 with the US Network Adaptor. I can play all the DNAS games when I put my Messiah 2 chip in sleep mode.
I want to buy FFXI with the HDD, for the game and I want to play Resident Evil Outbreak Smoother. But I heard that the Sony HDD has got some kind of protection in it so that it even detects the Messiah mod-chip when it is in Sleep-mode. Is this true? Have anybody got the anwer to this?
Well guys, I bought the HDD with FFXI.
PS2 with Messiah2pro:
With the chip in Sleep-mode, you can play FFXI, online games, Original PSone and PS2 games. Dvd's did not read.
To play back-ups you have to remove the HDD.
