Ok, on swapmagicfix.com it says I have to use CD Loader V.7 on my version 7 PS2 to get ratchet and clank going commando to work. I just need to know how to burn CD Loader? Do I only burn the .bin or the .cue file??? I'm so confused! Thanks for the help!

the bin file is all the data and the cue file is the info that tell the burning software what settings to use so in most burning software you can just load the cue and it will automaticly burn the bin file for you
hope this helps

ps when you burn cd loader to cdr make sure you select a slow burn speed eg 4x/8x

I'm using Roxio Toast Titanium 6 on a Mac, and Maxell CD-R's. By the way I burned at a 1x speed.

no, sm3 works on v7 ps2's, I think it must be your software or discs, do you know anyone with a dvd burner that can burn a copy of dvdloader for you?

i have a flip top for a v9 ps2 two, i got the swap magic 2.0 dvd and swap magic 3.2 cd ( i think ) I'm trying to get shrek 2 to work and i already burn a cdloader on to a cdr. now, how do i load it on it my ps2, do i use the sm 2.0 dvd or sm 3.2 cd? And do i need one of those 72 mins cdrs cuz i read somewhere b4 that sm 3.2 only works with 72 mb and 620 mb (i guess) cd-r. I'm currently using 700 mb 80 mins cd-r right now.

is there a way i can burn the cdloader to my cd-r and still make it work?

With Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando, you will definitely have to refresh the TOC for it to work, so when you get the DVDloader follow these steps to start RAC:GC.

1) Insert Swap Magic 2.0 DVD Disk
2) Swap for DVD loader
3) Press the eject button or triangle and then insert high TOC disk (I think the SM disk works, but Devil May Cry will work also)
4) It will say refreshing TOC, when it finishes replace the disk with RAC:GC and it should work.
