What's the difference between DVDloader 7 and the DVD boot disc that comes with Swap Magic 3?

swap magic dvd is a pressed disc that can be booted without the use of a mod and is used to boot dvd based games, dvdloader v7 is a utill' that is used in conjunction (big word must lie down) with swap magic dvd to boot some problem games. there are also cdloader and sm3dvd that do the same thing, but a lot of people can't use cdloader because of their ps2 version or, like me have trouble loading swap magic cd, so they use dvdloader or sm3dvd.
