Help!!! How do you back up games over 4GB???

Hi I was wondering whether anybody knows how to back up games over 4GB using a FAT32 system. I want to back up my originals of Drakengaurd and Chaos Legion for PS2 and are having problems. Whenever I go to burn the image to my harddrive it stops at 91% and aborts saying that there isn't enough space on my harddrive where I've got over 60GB of free space. Is there any way of getting around this problem. Please help it will definately be appreciated.

try using DVD Decrypter in iso read mode it should create a split image file and a mds file,when its complete go to iso write mode and select the mds file it will automaticly reassemble the split image into one as it burns it
