High TOC PS2CD?

I'm trying to load DVD "backup" rips of Spiderman 2 and Megaman Anniversary Collection. Both are about 700MB+, the only CD based PS2 game I have is Okage (about 435MB). So I can't do a TOC refresh. When I try, the game starts up as a black screen. I've ordered Breaker Pro V1.1 (on next day shipping) and I was wondering if that will do the job? Or if I need a high TOC PS2 CD... if so, which PS2 CD has the highest TOC.

if you are using swapmagic 3 then breaker pro should be fine as a toc refresh disc
