I'm considering fitting a matrix mxl2 or duo2 mod in my v7 ps2 to replace my flip/swapmagic combo and was looking for some input about which chip you would consider the best

Honestly, I have installed a ton of both and can see no real difference between the 2. I would go with the Duo2 simply because its cheaper. you will not be loosing any functionality.

thanks for the info,so theres no read difference between the two and were i was going to get the chip from(local computerfair)there is only 5 pence difference in price(one is £24.90 & other £24.95)thanks once again for the input
