Can I play DVD-RW backups on my PS2???

Hi everyone. I just got swap magic disks and the PS2 slide card. My first attempt 2 backup a PS2 game was w/ DVD Decrypter and i burned the image on a DVD-RW. im pretty sure i did everything right. My ps2 is V7 if that means anything. Ive burned a DVD movie b4 on a DVD-RW and that worked fine in my ps2. If someone could please help me out i would really appreciate it.
