I have been searching and found nothing about this. I just bought the action replay boot disk but it doesnt say any version. I have seen where Guides say AR or Action Replay, Then i have seen one that say you need Action Replay 2. Will this normal Action Replay let me play burned games? If it wont work then will Action Replay MAX work? I am trying to boot State of Emergency, using the DVD game boot technique. Every step works fine except when it is at the step where the game stops spinning, then you have 10 seconds to replace it with the burned copy, but my problem is the game never stops. It just loads right into the game. I really need any help that you can provide. Thank you.

you could try unplugging all your controllers to make sure that one of them isnt giving your program a signal. i use swap magic. it works great and it doesnt cost much if you compare it to the price of a new ps2 game. ;)

I only have one controller in. I want swap disk but i have no way of getting it. No credit card to order it.

do you know anyone with a mod chip or set of swap discs, if you do then you could ask them to load the mem card exploit on to your memory card, then you only need a psx game to boot backups

no i dont know anyone but what i did want to know is if action replay max will load backups correctly
